Refund Policy

At PUMP-KIN, we strive to provide our customers with high-quality products and exceptional customer service. As part of our commitment to transparency and clarity, we have established the following "All Sales Are Final" policy to ensure a fair and consistent experience for all our valued customers.

Final Sale Policy:
All sales made at PUMP-KIN are considered final. Once a purchase is completed, it cannot be refunded or exchanged unless otherwise specified in this policy.

Product Inspection:

Refunds are not allowed unless there is an item defect. We encourage all customers to thoroughly inspect their purchases upon receipt. If you notice any defects, damages, or discrepancies with your order, please contact our customer support team. We will address any valid concerns promptly and in accordance with our warranty and return policies, if applicable.

To file the claim please contact us and mention your order number, including an explanation of the issue.

Defect claims must be filed within 14 days of the item being delivered to you. Any claims made outside of this time frame will not be accepted, with no exception.

We maintain a strict no refund policy for errors with choosing the correct size. Please utilise our size guide and feel free to email us if you require assistance with sizing (pumpkinfitnessclub@gmail.com)

Order cancellation:

You can cancel your order 24 hours after it has been purchased by contacting us at support@blancsunday.com. Please note the shipping fee will not be refunded. 

When cancelling duplicate orders, the first order will be kept and the duplicate order will be refunded. 

Gift Cards:

Gift cards are non-refundable.

 Return Exceptions:

While all sales are final, we understand that certain circumstances may warrant exceptions. The following scenarios may be considered for review on a case-by-case basis:

a. Shipment Errors: If you receive an incorrect item due to an error on our part, we will make every effort to rectify the situation by providing a replacement or appropriate compensation.

b. Defective Products: If you receive a product with manufacturing defects, we will work with you to resolve the issue in accordance with our warranty policy, if applicable.

The "All Sales Are Final" policy applies to all products and services offered by Blanc Sunday, except in cases explicitly mentioned in this policy.
